Paypal is our preferred credit card processor; however, you do NOT need a Paypal account or have to sign in to Paypal in order to process your credit card order. If you have any questions, or would like us to process a charge manually, please give us a call. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders.

PLEASE NOTE THE WEB SITE WILL NOT PROCESS ORDERS OVER 150 LBS. DUE TO UPS SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS. IF YOU GET AN ERROR MESSAGE TO THAT EFFECT, CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL ENTER THE ORDER MANUALLY. SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII IS EXTRA.
We strive to ship every order in 48 hours. Orders are shipped from the West Coast via UPS or USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as available.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Any order may be cancelled before a tracking number is issued.
Hassle-free returns are company policy. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow these simple steps. Please note that food products cannot be returned unless there is a shipping error.
1) You must contact us by email within seven (7) days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. No items can be accepted for return without this number
2) Items must be unopened and in original condition.
Unfortunately, food products may not be returned.
3) After you receive your return authorization number, ship the items back prepaid via UPS within 14 days of receipt of the return authorization number. We provide UPS for returns as it is easy to track a package. We do not refund shipping costs unless products are defective.
4) Refunds will be issued to your credit card.
Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims are provided directly by the manufacturer. For That Emergency.com is not responsible for any warranty issues. You must contact the manufacturer directly if you have a warranty claim.
